• Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in our coaching program, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of your cancellation and the terms outlined below.
• Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with our coaching services and have not received the expected level of support or instruction, you may request a refund subject to the conditions outlined below.

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@datauniverse.in with your refund request and provide relevant details, including your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond in a timely manner.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation Period: You may cancel your enrollment within 5 working days of the start of the coaching program to be eligible for a full refund. After this period, the fees which you have paid will be non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly communicated to you at the time of enrollment.
• Refund Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of approval. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Refund Discretion We reserve the right to refuse refunds or issue partial refunds in cases where the refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
